Mariners to play Canberra player?

Belconnen United star Taylor Beaton is rumoured to be lining for the Central Coast Mariners when they take on Belconnen United and/or ACT Rockets in coming weeks.

And Wellington Phoenix have decided to spend a week of pre-season fitness football and fun in Fiji, giving Canberra a wide berth!

    Freezing cold winter in Canberra or nice warm weather in Fiji to do your pre-season training. I know where I would be going. :D

    so it's true you Victorians are a tad soft:)

    funny Neil Canberra A-League talks with Dubai investors stalled over that very point.

    They would consider a team on the coast but not cold cold Canberra.

    Seems you must have some Dubai blood in yer mate!
