Capital Football Board: We say "Yes"

Capital Football Board met last night to discuss the Wellington Phoenix proposal.

Capital Football CEO Heather Reid said, "..very positive response from the Board, we've agreed to enter into formal negotiations with the Wellington Phoenix and the FFA (Football Federation Australia.)"

"It's a very positive response from us, an important opportunity to address the gap between the Premier League and the A-League."
