Robbie Cattanach: Training with Juninho

Can Robbie Cattanach make the A-League?

Manley United and NSW player of the year Canberran Robbie Cattanach is doing his best to get an A-League gig.

Speaking on 2ky Football Fever show on Sunday night, Cattanach said he was training full-time with Sydney FC.

If an A-League team needs a striker, Cattanach is fit and ready to go. With a small playing roster clubs often need to pick up players on a short-term contract during the season.

Cattanach is not getting paid for training with the likes of Juninho; it shows the harsh reality of football. He's 22, works at Rebel Sports but is foregoing income, paying Sydney rents, in an attempt to get a break.

Good luck Robbie.
