FA Cup for Australia?

AuFourFourTwo.com.au

Australia's answer to the FA Cup is being mapped out by FFA bosses as they seek to deliver a knockout boost to the game.

FFA chief executive officer Ben Buckley has said a cup competition is one of the governing body’s priorities to help spark further interest.

This could work:

Great for Canberra teams or team.
Great to link the grassroots with the main game.
Great for more games
Great for TV.

And add a Asian Champions League place, in the new ACL format when Australia are expected to get three or four places, for the winners.

I'm up for it.

Ths and two more teams next asap would add a significant number of games, a different format and add extra spice to games.
