Sydney FC :Adam Casey is fit.

Former Canberra junior, Sydney FC's Adam Casey has returned to full training after suffering a horrific leg injury just nine rounds into last season.

Casey is back in full pre-season training looking forward to a big season.

"The last two seasons have been a bit disappointing due to injuries. I was just getting some decent game time last season then I got injured.

"I was involved in every Olyroos squad when fit, but now it will be very hard to make the squad with no games planned before the Olympics. It's disappointing.

"We've recruited well. You look around the room at Sydney squad meetings, it's a very impressive squad," said Casey.
