Asian Cup draw, and will Nikolai make the Olyroos
Oman, Kuwait and our near neighbours Indonesia, that's are group for the 2011 Asian Cup.
With the games to start in January on top of the World Cup Qualifiers we're going to need as many professional footballers are we've got. Keep the games and the players coming.
And with left-back David Carney expected to be named in the Olyroo's Beijing squad today as an overage player along with Harry Kewell and Archie Thompson, Canberra born Nikolai Topor-Stanley will face an anxious wait. I think he'll be right, but you never know.

could be good for hyphen having carney in the squad if they switch to a back 3 and he has the chance to bomb forward from a left sided centreback position ...
but if he is sitting on the bench ... its a downer.
i don`t care what other countries are doing, i would have liked to use no overage players.
this squad got us here. they should play.
