Gunghalin: How cool is that!

Twenty very lucky U10/U11 Gungahlin United Football Club junior players have been selected to participate in the On Ground Entertainment Small-Sided Games display prior to the Qantas Socceroos v China World Cup Qualifying Match on 22 June 2008 at ANZ Stadium in Sydney.
The U10 Galaxy and U11 Combination Team will represent GUFC, demonstrating their skills in two 5v5 Small Sided Games. This is part of the Football Federation Australia (FFA) promotion of the benefits of Small Sided Games.

That's fantastic for the young players. Kudos to those people behind the scenes that had a hand in organizing this never to be forgotten experience.
Great for these boys - but it would have been a good opportunity for Capital Football to promote football in the local media. Didn't see anything about it anywhere.
